The KS-DC02 machine is suitable for drop testing of finished products or components in toys, electronics, electrical appliances, communications, IT, furniture, gifts, ceramics, packaging, etc. It can perform bare drop tests (without packaging) and packaged drop tests (finished products and outer packaging dropped together) to evaluate the impact resistance or damage during handling and dropping of products.

Principle and test method: Using a pneumatic structure, the test piece is clamped in a special fixture (adjustable stroke). After pressing the drop button, the cylinder releases, and the test piece will undergo a free-fall drop test. The drop height can be adjusted up and down, and a height scale is provided to indicate the drop height of the test piece.
