Product Introduction
The KS-DC02 machine is suitable for drop testing of finished products or components in toys, electronics, electrical appliances, communications, IT, furniture, gifts, ceramics, packaging, etc. It can perform bare drop tests (without packaging) and packaged drop tests (finished product and outer packaging dropped together) to evaluate the impact resistance or damage during handling and dropping of products.
Principle of Test Method:
Using a pneumatic structure, the test piece is clamped in a dedicated fixture (adjustable stroke). Pressing the drop button releases the pneumatic cylinder, allowing the test piece to undergo a free-fall drop test. The drop height is adjustable, and a height scale is provided to indicate the drop height of the test piece.
