Product Introduction: The two-zone HAST high-pressure accelerated aging chamber (2-Zone HAST CHAMBER) is used to evaluate the reliability of products or materials in a humid environment. Kexun Two-Zone HAST High-Pressure Accelerated Aging Chamber: English name (2-Zone HAST CHAMBER) is used for IC packaging, semiconductors, microelectronic chips, magnetic materials, and other electronic components for high-pressure, high-temperature, unsaturated/saturated humid heat, and other accelerated life reliability tests.
► Adopts an upper and lower double-zone design, saving laboratory floor space. The price of 1 machine = the value of 2 machines, reducing equipment operating costs.
► Single-screen dual-control, reducing complex and cumbersome settings, meeting the simultaneous testing of different samples, and improving testing efficiency.
► 96-channel bias terminal design, meeting chip bias testing.
