Tensile Testing Machine How to operate?
1. Startup
After confirming that the power and signal connections of the tensile testing machine are correct, turn on the power in the order of the tensile testing machine and the computer printer.
2. Experimental Operation Process
Install the fixture, select the fixture according to the sample processing, and if the fixture is installed in the middle, set the limit device according to the fixture inspection, sample length, and fixture spacing.
Open the traction software TM2101 of the tensile testing machine equipment, set the point online COM1, and the port can be viewed online by right-clicking "My Computer" - "Properties" - "Hardware" - "Device Manager".

Before the test, set the project selection settings to modify the data (for new experiments in the experimental part, select the corresponding experimental plan, and enter the original user parameters of the sample processing: size, thickness, etc., the standard distance indicates the height).
Click to select the control scheme (compression ratio) modification (select the corresponding experimental control scheme, enter the test speed, shutdown mode, etc.).
Clamp the sample, first clamp the sample in the clamp close to the force sensor end, zero the force to remove the sample weight, then clamp the other end of the sample, let the machine table or computer rise, and adjust the clamping distance.
After clicking Start Test, the equipment will conduct the experiment according to the experimental plan set in the software, and save the experimental data after the test.
After testing 2.7 samples, the experimental results will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Select the test results (select or modify the required report parameters) and click the "WORD report output" button to generate a test report for printing or saving.
3. Turn off the power
After the tensile testing machine is finished, it should be operated in the order of the testing machine, printer, and computer.
After the experiment, cover the machine with its dedicated cover.
Precautions for Operating the Tensile Testing Machine
1. If the machine has just been turned on, it must be restarted, ensuring an interval of at least 1 minute.
2. Preheat for 5 minutes after each startup until the system stabilizes before conducting the test.
3. Do not use floppy disks of unknown origin or unrelated to this country to write to or read from disks on the computer used to control the testing machine. This can prevent virus infection.
4. After replacing the fixture, adjust the adjustable retaining ring (upper/lower limit switch) first.
5. When turning on the power, the boot order of the host and the computer will affect the computer's communication initialization settings, so please ensure that the user correctly follows the above boot order.
6. Do not charge the power cord. Otherwise, the electrical control part is easily damaged.
7. During the tensile testing machine process, the operator cannot leave the machine.
8. During the experiment, do not press any other buttons on the control box except the stop button and the emergency stop switch. Otherwise, it may affect the experiment.
9. After the test, all power must be turned off.
10. This computer is specifically designed for testing machine control and data processing, so do not install other applications in the computer to avoid affecting the normal operation of the testing machine application.
11. The computer should be shut down in stages according to system requirements and shut down normally. Otherwise, some programs may be damaged, and the software may not work properly.
12. Especially when using a low-force sensor for experiments, the position of the adjustable retaining ring should be adjusted to prevent the low-force sensor from being damaged due to operational errors. Do not exceed the rated range of the sensor.
