Rain Test Chamber Installation Precautions
The inner tank of the rain test chamber uses imported SUS stainless steel, and the outer shell uses A3 steel. A visible glass door facilitates observation of the samples being tested inside the test chamber; the bottom of the test chamber uses high-quality fixed PU casters (for easy movement); the bottom of the test chamber has a water tank and a test water spray system; it is equipped with a workbench rotation system and a swing pipe swing drive device.
The rain test chamber is mainly used to test the performance of products during storage, transportation, and use in rainy climates. It is mainly used to test the physical and other related performances of electrical and electronic products, lamps, cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts under simulated rainy climates. After the test, verification can be used to determine whether the product performance meets the requirements, thus being used for product design, improvement, verification, and factory inspection.
The main structure of the test chamber is box-shaped. The control system is located on the right side of the front and consists of a 7-inch touch screen, power switch, emergency stop switch, flow meter, and pressure gauge. The chamber door has an observation window to allow operators to monitor the testing situation in real time. The outer casing is steel, with a beautiful and practical spray coating. The chamber body uses 304# stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, and easy to maintain.
Rain Test Chamber Installation Precautions
1. The ground should be flat and well-ventilated.
2. There should be no strong vibrations around the equipment.
3. There should be no strong electromagnetic fields around the equipment.
4. There should be no flammable, explosive, corrosive substances, or dust around the equipment.
5. Install an exhaust fan to maintain indoor ventilation.
6. Fixed device for the wastewater discharge system.
The rain test chamber is suitable for external lighting and signaling devices and automotive lamp housing protection. It is a testing device in the aviation, automotive, home appliance, and scientific research fields. The main configurations include a water tank, water pump, pressure reducing and distributing device, pressure gauge, flow meter, water spray pipe assembly, pipe swing drive mechanism, workbench rotation mechanism, electrical control system, visible tempered glass door, glass wiper, and deceleration mechanism.
Design concept of the rain test chamber:
1. Based on the principles of advancement, reliability, economy, and practicality, fully considering the characteristics of the product, actively adopting advanced and mature technologies and equipment, improving the comprehensive water seal detection capability, ensuring that this indicator meets the specified technical requirements, and enhancing the product's market competitiveness.
2. Reasonable layout in the design, smooth logistics, attention to energy-saving measures and rational use of energy, easy to adjust the height up and down, and easy to move left, right, front, and back.
3. Implement national policies and regulations on environmental protection and occupational safety and health. The entire project complies with national "three wastes" emission standards and industrial hygiene standards.
4. The rain test chamber and materials are mainly selected domestically to achieve economic, reasonable, advanced, and reliable goals.
5. The vertical distance of the top spray area is adjustable, and the lifting structure is manually operated to adjust the distance.
6. The left, right, front, and rear spray frame areas are equipped with casters and are movable, suitable for speed testing of various sizes of products.
7. The water storage tank and drainage system of the rain test chamber have been completed (this quotation does not include this project).
