Variable frequency system tension testing machine: Uses a variable frequency motor control system, controlling the stretching and compression speed through a frequency converter. Servo system tension testing machine: Uses a servo motor control system, with more accurate control of tension, compression speed, and displacement. The servo motor system can perform speed tests, cycle tests, and programming tests using servo control feedback calculation. Other drive type tension testing machines: Controlled by DC motors, this type of tension testing machine is gradually being eliminated due to its low cost-effectiveness.
It can be divided according to industry and functional characteristics
1. Metal tensile testing machine: Due to the high tensile strength and low elongation of metal materials, a metal extensometer needs to be configured.
2. Rubber tensile testing machine: Rubber or elastomer has a relatively large elongation rate and requires a large marking tensile device. The fixture design should consider special quantitative O-ring clamps and tire industry clamps suitable for rubber.
3. Plastic tensile testing machine: The tensile strength of plastics is greater than that of rubber, and the elongation rate is large and small, often requiring three-point bending tests.
4. Textile tensile testing machine: The textile industry needs to test fabric stripping, puncture, tearing, and single-fiber tensile tests. The fixtures and software are quite special.
5. Paper tension testing machine: Paper should test tensile strength, ring compression strength, pressure, peel strength, etc., with more clamping force. 6. Leather tensile testing machine: Leather needs to test tensile strength, tear strength, etc., with relatively simple test items.
