Aging Chamber Also known as a combustion chamber, it is one of the commonly used devices in various aging tests and is widely used in the fields of electronics, computers, and communications. Aging chambers typically consist of an enclosure structure, an air duct system, a control system, and an indoor test frame. The temperature control is precise and accurate. Due to the unique design of the air duct system and the electrical control system, the temperature of the entire room can be kept highly uniform, far exceeding similar products. The room temperature setting range is wide and can be continuously adjusted. It can be set arbitrarily from room temperature to 80℃. If the customer has special requirements, products with higher temperatures can be designed. Multi-point temperature scrolling display inside the aging chamber, accurate and clear monitoring. The system has complete protection functions and can ensure safe, long-term, stable, and trouble-free operation.

The aging chamber has a beautiful appearance and a short construction period. It has the functions of automatic water addition and automatic water replenishment when the water level is too low during the test. The test process will automatically run until completion, which is easy to use. Temperature control: LED digital temperature controller can set, control, and display the accurate test temperature. Timer: LED digital timer, starts timing after the temperature in the pot reaches, ensuring the test is completed. Accurate pressure/thermometer displays the pressure and relative temperature in the pot at any time. During operation, the water heater automatically discharges unsaturated steam to achieve the best steam quality. One-piece silicone rubber door gasket, good gas density, and long service life. After polishing, the aging chamber is durable, beautiful, and pollution-free.
The aging chamber uses an imported intelligent temperature and humidity controller to control the temperature and humidity, with PID adjustment and fast self-tuning. It can set multiple parameters, and the temperature and humidity are directly digitally displayed, which is very convenient to read; the inner tank uses a high-grade stainless steel frosted plate, and the outer shell uses cold-rolled plate electrostatic spraying, with a beautiful and generous overall appearance. The tube-type yellowing resistance test chamber mainly tests the yellowing resistance performance of light-colored and white materials such as shoe uppers and soles under sunlight. Based on the phenomenon that light-colored or white products are prone to yellowing under natural sunlight for a long time, it simulates the natural environment using solar light bulbs or tubes and heating temperature control devices to observe the color change of the sample surface within a specified time, determine the degree of discoloration of the sample, and thus judge the yellowing resistance performance of the material under sunlight irradiation. The box body insulation uses ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton to avoid unnecessary energy loss. A test hole with a straight length of 50 mm is provided on the left side of the box, which can be used for external test power lines or signal lines. The ventilation time and frequency can be arbitrarily set.
